1. I
Invite.
–I reach
out and invite individuals to join the mentoring process (internship for
example).
2. I
lead spiritually.
- I
can't be driven by just the task of the day or the immediate need. I must Shepherd them spiritually.
3. I consistently Value & Affirm.
- This
builds relationships and eventually gives me permission to speak into the life
of the young leader.
4. I
work beside.
- I get
to teach and help them learn how to task & work efficiently.
5. I
empower.
-I
invest my authority and release the young leader to do the same job.
I called i called and they called back i proved i wanted to be apart i was givwn a ultimatum and showed on sunday for prayer i enterd i was learning i had med issues that consisted of meds they took from me but would not dispence when i needed because i came with med. Condition they were not equipt dor they told me afterfour says in they were kicking me out.i now beleive i was confused ...this was what they concider what god wanted .they say they turn there backs on no opn but they put me out after four days for notqanting to be responsible in case somwthing happens from my condition ? Not to mention the fact i knew someone that i had been close to as close as havin a relationship with they saw to be unfit personal reasons such as should not interfer with reasons for what i wanted with god but they shunned me and put me out on the streets god has no part in what choice they made and i seen what could be if one is miserable and doesnt have her company but sits back and watches others who love one another no matter their situation decides to cut off the welbeing of one due to their perssonal beleifs un fare judgemental hypoceitical and astonishing behavior from one who claims to have a pwrsonal relationship with the lord .where was the lord when she made that decision to put a wpman in need of help noatter the cause out back alone on the street...tell me was jesus present at her decisionaling i think not

It wont stop was has already been molded in two people who has faught the storms and wraths of others being in love and told its wrong will only give their love more battles to conquor til there are no more battles left to overcome the storms sooner or later will give up and settle and calm we shall be ...together...
